Booking conditions:
A prepayment equivalent to 100% of the stay will be taken by the hotel 7 days before the arrival date. For telephone bookings, a 100% prepayment is made on the day of booking (bookable and refundable 100% up to 7 days before arrival).
Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel refunds the deposit taken. Date changes possible up to 5 days before arrival at no charge. In the event of a new lockdown or inter-regional travel restrictions, deposits may be refunded.
